Apprenticeships
Alliance is committed to nurturing the next generation of professionals through our apprenticeship program. In partnership with the National Apprenticeship Service, we offer opportunities across various departments, reaching a wide and diverse range of candidates.
Our program supports apprentices with:
- Learning and Development: Time off to study for NVQ courses, combining hands-on experience with academic growth.
- Mentorship: Personalised guidance from dedicated mentors throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Career Growth: Real-world projects and practical skills that pave the way for future success.
We have AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) apprentices in our finance department at our head office. These apprentices are working towards their accounting qualifications while gaining practical experience in different facets of financial operations
